Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 3–7 days of delivery, provided the product remains in its exact original condition. The device must be returned with all included accessories, original packaging, and without any additional signs of wear, software modifications, or account locks.

2. Exceptions

Certain conditions immediately void return eligibility:

• block Physical Damage: Any drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repairs after delivery.
• gpp_bad Misuse & Modification: Jailbreaking, rooting, or installing unapproved operating systems.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received, it undergoes a rigorous technical inspection. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days following a successful inspection. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Replacement

In cases where a defect is identified, a replacement of identical or superior specifications may be offered in lieu of a standard refund, subject to inventory availability and mutual agreement.
